$900,000 Settlement

In September 2012, the firm successfully settled a products liability case against a manufacturer.  The defective product, a refrigerator, caught fire destroying the Plaintiff's personal and business property.

$600,000 Settlement

In November 2010, the firm obtained a $600,000 settlement for a 34 year old man who was stopped in traffic and was hit from behind.  The impact injured his cervical spine requiring surgical intervention.

$936,000 Settlement

In March 2013, the firm successfully settled a case that several other law firms had refused to take. The family of a 50 year old construction worker who was killed when struck by a construction form and then died received $936,000, one day after commencement of trial.

$250,000 Settlement

In February 2012, the firm obtained a settlement in the full amount of the insurance policy for a 34 year old mother of two when her vehicle sustained a severe side impact.  The Plaintiff suffered wrist fractures in several places.

$300,000 Settlement

In April 2011, the firm obtained a $300,000 settlement for a 28 year old man who was kicked in the face by a municipal police officer.   The Plaintiff was kicked while handcuffed to a bench.  The officers were disciplined for their misconduct.
