An associate in the Firm and concentrates his practice in business law, general litigation, real estate, land use and construction law. Mr. Bouck’s training and background as a civil engineer has proved to be invaluable in obtaining favorable solutions for many of his clients' seemingly intractable problems. He holds a B.S. from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 1997 and received his Juris Doctorate in 2001. Mr. Bouck is licensed to practice before all Illinois State Courts and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Kelly A. Krauchun
As an associate for the Firm, she focuses her practice on elder law, personal injury, wills, estates and trusts, and family law. She holds a B.A. from DePaul University and received her Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law in 2015. While in law school, she clerked at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office and did an externship for the Honorable Anne Burke of the Illinois Supreme Court. During law school, Ms. Krauchun served as a Pro Se Advocate at the Cook County Domestic Violence Courthouse; a Board member of the Child and Family Law Association; and a Family Law Center Fellow. She also participated in DePaul's Criminal Appeals, and Asylum and Immigration Clinics, along with a year-long internship at the Center for Disability and Elder Law. Ms. Krauchun received numerous awards during law school: The Benjamin Hooks Distinguished Public Service Award; President's Award for Service; Kott Legal Scholarship; and the Dean's Merit Scholarship. She is licensed to practice before all Illinois State Courts.
